Ghoulson Family round 6

Here we are at the family that started the challenge. Lizabeth reached the top of her career right away and fulfilled her LTW.


She has a new LTW now of raising 6 pets to the top of their careers. Not sure If I can oblige her, since I have never done this challenge before.


Lizabeth adopted a cat named Heidi. She got along well with Benny.


David got a chance card at work. He chose to yell really loudly at his sergeants.


Which worked. He got a promotion to swat team leader.


which happened as soon as he returned home from work.


not only did he bring a friend home from work, there was a drop in guest as well: Jerry Xavier. He just showed up and made himself at home like a guest.


It was time for Natasha's Birthday



Their dishwasher needed to be repaired and since Lizabeth had 6 Mechanical points, she decided to try and fix it. Bad move.


David got another chance card at work.

He chose the Flashbang, which was the right choice.


David decided to celebrate by taking his wife and daughter on a trip to Twiki Island.



Here is the hotel they stayed at. They had two rooms on the second floor, one for David and Lizabeth and one for Natalie.


The family had a good time, doing some of the tours and other things. Here the family enjoys a soak in the heated pool. Natalie is behind her mother.


Here David is digging for secret treasure. He found lots of bones and rocks and found the map to the witch doctor's house as well.


David and Lizabeth went by themselves to the witch doctor's house and got the voodoo doll. I don't have pictures though. Here is the helicopter leaving after picking them up for one of the tours.


Soon though, it was time to leave Twiki Island and head back to Laurel Valley.


After arriving home, they had dinner and told Samantha all about their trip.


I think David and Lizabeth had a VERY good time on their trip.


Here is an odd picture out. Marsha Bruenig happened to be walking by the house when Natalie came out to meet her father after work. Someone had tipped over the trash can. I didn't see who it was. I did not invite Marsha into the house.

Xavier family 3 round 5

John Xavier returned home from university. it did not take him long to get settled in. Soon Kaitlyn Toliver, Stephen Tinker and Dagmar Wilson came over to welcome him to the neighborhood.


He has a LTW to be the top of the medicine career. Unfortunately, that did not come up in the newspaper, so he chose to be in the military.


He got a chance card and chose to set up wire taps.


Luckily he chose the right answer and got some money out of it.


John has still been looking for the medicine career track to come up on the computer. It came up on the second day, so John switched career tracks. Naturally he starts out as a surgeon. No intern, no residency.


He got promoted right away so I guess it didn't matter if he was surgeon for a day.


John had all of the skills he needed for the medicine career track so it didn't take him long to get to the top of the career track.


John got another career LTW.


Since the Criminal career track didn't come up right away John stayed in the Medicine track. He got a chance card. He decided to meet with the intern.


Which turned out to be a good thing. he maxed out his cooking skill points.



John hasn't found a girl to settle down with and isn't sure there is going to be one. He decided to adopt a dog. Meet Fah-zhai. He is an elder dog.


Fah-zhai has made himself at home.

One of John's wants is to max out all of his skills. He has been working on this, but still has a little ways to go. Here is John with his thinking cap on.


John took time to socialize as well. he invite Wendy Grayson over to his house and before she arrived Jaqueline Graham stopped by as well and he invited her inside.


John has a want to be a werewolf. I don't think that will happen. Baxter showed up and he interacted with him, but they have a -14 in relationship. He is the leader of the pack isn't he?


Finally, Fah-Zhai was trying to make friends with Allegra. John did make it into the criminal career track before the round ended as well.

Ghoulson Family 2 round 5

Grant Ghoulson has arrived home from university, buying a small plot of land with a box house on it.


After a bit of construction and adding the right furniture and appliances, he has a livable house.



The first thing he did was to get a job in the gamer career. Who did he see walking by his house early in the morning? None other than the aspiring mayor of Laurel Valley, Kaitlyn Toliver Landgraab IV.


his girlfriend, Angie Baity dropped out of University and moved over to Laurel Valley. They were engaged right away, even though she was still in University.


Someone invited him downtown, but she was a little old for him. She reminded him of one of his nanny's when he was much younger.



Grant and Angie spent some quality time together.


Grant started getting promotions at work.


Finally Angie made the decision to drop out of University and move in with Grant.

They decided to get married right away. Angie called and set up the party and inviting the guests. Soon they were standing under the arch waiting for the ceremony to begin.


Finally the marriage happened. Angie Baity became Angie Ghoulson.


Here are the wedding guests: Invited; Jeffrey and Jerry Xavier, Veronica Xavier, Lizabeth Ghoulson and William mcnair. Party crashers: Rodney Larrea and Elmer Hutchins.


Although I didn't get the pictures, that night after the wedding Elmer kept coming over and kicking the garbage can over, even with Angie standing right next to it. I didn't schedule a honeymoon for Grant and Angie beforehand, so there was no limo.

While at work the next day, Grant got a chance card.


He chose Johnny.


He got several more promotions.




of course all work and no play make for a dull blog. Angie and Grant had a baby.


They named him Kiernan. Shortly after the baby was born Angie decided to cook pancakes. Bad idea. they had forgotten to buy a fire alarm.

Angie managed to get to the phone and call the fire department, so everything came out alright. Finally, here is a picture of daddy Grant having a little quality time with Kiernan before getting ready for work.
